A Computerized Performance Measurement System for City Administrations

One of the most demanding areas for performance data and information in the public sector is city administrations. This paper presents how the model of a computerized PM system works through examples of its implementation in a city administration, following the steps of PDCA Cycle, complemented by the following concepts: Balanced Scorecard; Performance Measurement System Report of the Foundation for the National Quality Prize; Federal Government Quality Prize Excellence Criteria.
